Sandy Swisher is a Family Nurse Practitioner with Ritchie Regional Health Center. She was born and raised in the Cisco community of Ritchie County. Sandy graduated from Harrisville High School and went on to obtain her Bachelor’s of Nursing Degree in 1988 and later her Master’s of Nursing Degree in 1995. Her clinical interests include helping patients with diabetes through being a Certified Diabetic Educator.
Sandy now resides in Wood County with her husband, Greg Marshall. She enjoys spending time with her family watching WVU and high school sports. Sandy can also be found spending time by the water with a good book and family. In her leisure time, she travels to NC to see her daughter and son-in-law, Erin and Ed, and grandson Lincoln. Her stepson, Chase, and his wife Megan reside in Vienna.
She joined Ritchie Regional Health Center 14 years ago and has primarily worked in the Jefferson office in Parkersburg since that time. Recently, she has transitioned to more administrative work as the CMO/COO of RRHC. Sandy is a pivotal part of RRHC.
